Challenge
As an SOE energy company, PGN has multiple business units each reporting to management with different formats + cadences. The Investor Relations team struggled to aggregate data for shareholder reports — manual process, slow, prone to inconsistency across units.
Approach
Capital Commerce designed a web dashboard consolidating operational + financial data from multi-BU into a single pane of glass. We ran workshops with the IR team + each BU representative to lock metric definitions + visualization preferences. Output: wireframe + clickable prototype + UI/UX style guide aligned with PGN brand.
Outcome
Dashboard ready to proceed to development phase with clear scope + stakeholder alignment. IR team has reference implementation for discussion with IT vendors. Multi-BU report review cycle time projected to drop significantly post-development.
