Approach

Capital Commerce developed a trio of mobile apps (Service app for staff, Customer app for distributors, Pickup app for warehouse), integrated to ERP for inventory + order tracking. Queue management system with digital ticket printing for physical walk-ins. Real-time complaint routing to relevant staff.
