After IR Dashboard delivery, PGN identified parallel needs at Corporate Finance team. Treasury + AP/AR + cash forecasting + budget variance reporting depended on error-prone, non-audit-friendly Excel workflow. Needed dashboard to centralize + add automation layer.
Approach
Capital Commerce extended prior engagement pattern — UI/UX design phase, then system development with DevOps + CI/CD. Modules: cash position dashboard, AP/AR aging report, budget variance per cost center, treasury daily summary. Integration to existing ERP for data feed.
Outcome
Dashboard developed + post-implementation monitoring. Corporate finance team has single pane for cash + AP/AR + budget. Full audit trail per transaction view. Manual Excel work down significantly for routine reporting.
